A Hole In One

My (now) husband takes the cake. He plays a lot of golf, and sometimes I go out at night and hit balls with him on the course by our house.
One night he was going, he didn't even ask me to go, but I joined him. We were on the 10th hole, and he handed me a putter and pointed to the hole.
He told me he'd give me ten thousand dollars if I sank the putt, about 15 feet away. I have never concentrated so hard in my life! I watched my ball go down the green, and go into the hole!! But it popped right out - crazy.
He put another ball closer to the hole, and told me he'd give me $5,000 if I got it in. I couldn't believe it when the ball went in the hole. Now, I am not a good golfer, but again, it popped out.
We both were laughing. He then placed the ball right on the edge of the cup, and told me he loved me so he would give me a consolation prize if I got it in. I tapped it, and it went in but popped out right away!
I leaned down to inspect the hole, and felt something in there - I took it out, it was a ring box. When I looked up, he was down on one knee, with a huge grin. He took the box and opened it and proposed. How could I say no - I won it!
The club let us have our wedding on that very hole, with our 80 guests standing around us. For our 1st anniversary, he presented me that same ball, in a box frame, with a picture of us taking our vows on the course.
Top that!
